✨️ Sometimes, you think you know yourself. You believe you understand your habits, patterns, and traumas. You’ve figured out how to live with them, and you tell yourself you’re fine. But the truth is, it’s not that simple.
It’s not enough to simply know our patterns and traumas. Knowing is only the first step. To truly heal, we need to feel them—acknowledge the emotions they bring up—and then let them go.
These experiences shape us, but they are not who we are. They are like layers we’ve carried, but they don’t define our true selves.
Holding on to them keeps us trapped in an illusion. When we let them go, we discover who we are underneath: our authentic, beautiful, and free self.
Take the time to feel, release, and reconnect with your true essence. You are so much more than your past.
