🌿Are you living consciously or on autopilot?🌿
Most of us, caught up in the routines of daily life, navigate through our days automatically. We rush from task to task: quickly brushing our teeth, eating breakfast, dropping the kids off at school, smiling at them, wishing them a good day, then heading to work, returning home, eating dinner, exchanging a few words with the family, going to sleep – and then doing it all over again. We move through life in a trance, constantly thinking about what's next rather than being fully present in what we're doing now. We do many things because we "have to" or because "that's how it's supposed to be done," and in the process, we lose our awareness.
But what does it mean to live consciously? It means making every decision with full attention and presence. When you brush your teeth in the morning, you do so with intention – fully aware of the act itself. Your thoughts are focused on the task at hand, and you experience that moment completely. Instead of mechanically completing tasks while your mind is already on the next thing, you immerse yourself in the present, feeling it with your whole being.
This lack of awareness has become the norm. But what are the consequences of this? We live like robots, disconnected from ourselves, unaware of the life that is passing us by. We shouldn't just live for the weekends or vacations. True life is found in the everyday moments, in deeply
experiencing each action, each moment.
